How to Create a Finals Task for Graphics

Step 1: Create the Project

Open the Dividers Contract for which you want to create the Finals task.

Click the blue "Create" button in the top right corner of the Dividers Contract and select "Project".
- The Project will be pre-filled for you - make any adjustments necessary as described under Project Form, ignoring any sections or fields that are not listed.
- Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form.

Step 2: Create the Task
- Under the "Connections" section of the Dividers Final Project, click the "+" button next to "Task", or start a new Task manually (not recommended).
- Fill out the form as described under Task Form, ignoring any sections or fields that are not listed.

Step 3: Assign the Task
- Follow the instructions for assigning a Document.
Project Form
Top Section
- Project Name
- This field is filled in automatically. If it is not, the "Project Name" should be named after the production number.
- Project Type
- Select "Dividers Final" from the list of options.
- Ad Cycle
- Select the Ad Cycle the final is intended for.
- Expected Start Date
- Select the day the contract was entered.
- Expected End Date
- Select the deadline for final completion, the "Finals Due" date.

Customer Details Section
- Customer
- Select the customer.
- Dividers Contract
- Select the Dividers Contract.

Task Form
Top Section
- Subject
- This field is filled in automatically after selecting
"Dividers Final" as the Task Type. If it is not, the "Subject"
should be entered in the following format:
TASK-FNL-Cy[Cycle]-[Production Number]. For example, "TASK-FNL-2111RMGx01234-Cy2111". - Project
- Select the Task's parent Project.
- Type
- Select "Dividers Final" from the list of options.
- Priority
- Select "High" from the dropdown list.

Timeline Section
- Expected Start Date
- Select the date the Sales Order was entered.
- Expected End Date
- Select the Finals Due Date.

Dividers Final Section
- Final Status
- Select "Open" from the dropdown list.
- Ad Cycle
- Enter the Ad Cycle for the final.
