Buttons
- Invite as User

Invite the Contact to create a User account.
Warning
Do not click this button without specific instrucitons to do so, since the website is not currently set up properly for external access.
- Links
- A dropdown menu of Documents the Address is associated with. Clicking on an option will navigate to the indicated Document.

Top Section
- First Name
- The Contact's First Name.
- Middle Name
- The Contact's Middle Name.
- Last Name
- The Contact's Last Name.
- Email Address
- A read-only field; the value is taken from the CONTACT DETAILS section.
- User ID
- The User Document associated with the Contact.
- Address

An Address Document associated with the Contact.
Bug
This field does not currently function properly.
- Sync with Google Contacts
- ERPNext can be set up to sync with Google Contacts. If that was set up, selecting this field will sync this Contact's information with Google.
- Status
- Whether the contact is passive, open to contact, or has replied (related to CAN-SPAM)
- Salutation
- The Contacts prefix, e.g. Mr, Mrs, Dr, etc.
- Designation
- The Contact's role, e.g. "Owner", Staff, etc.
- Gender
- The Contact's gender.
- Phone
- A read-only field; the value is taken from the CONTACT DETAILS section.
- Mobile No
- A read-only field; the value is taken from the CONTACT DETAILS section.
- Company Name
- The Company the Contact works for.
CONTACT DETAILS Section
Warning
Updating these fields will not update the fields in documents that have this Contact selected.
For example, if this Contact is selected as the primary Contact for a Customer, and the primary email address or mobile number is updated, it will not be updated on the Customer's corresponding read-only fields. To update the fields in the Customer, you must open the Customer and re-select the Contact to cause ERPNext to re-populate the relevant fields.
- Email IDs
- Email addresses associated with the Contact. Selecting "Primary" will designate indicated address as primary, causing it to appear on associated Documents in ERPNext.
- Contact Numbers
- Phone numbers associated with the Contact. Selecting "Is Primary Phone" or "Is Primary Mobile" will cause ERPNext to treat the number as indicated.
