How To Override a Dividers Store Assignment

Overriding a Dividers Store assignment grants exclusive access to the assignee for limited period of time.
Tip
There are two ways to create a Dividers Stores assignment override:
- directly using the Document form, and
- from the Document List using the Document List menu.
Create an Assignment Override From The Dividers Store Document
Use this method if you are using the Document Form already.
- Open the Dividers Store Document you want to override the assignment of.
- Towards the bottom of the page (above "Add a Comment"), click "Show more
details"

- Expand the "Store Assignment Override" section and follow the instructions below.
- Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form.
Store Assignment Override Section
- Document Type*
- Select the DocType you want to apply the override to: either a Sales Person or Sales Partner/ISO.
- Assignment*
- Select the Sales Person or Sales Partner/ISO you wish to grant exclusive store access to.
- Release After*
- Enter the last day the override will remain in effect.
- Notes
- Enter notes as appropriate.

Create an Assignment Override From The Document List Menu
Use this method to apply an assignment override to multiple stores at once, or for a quick way to assign a single override to a store if you don't need to examine it in detail.

Open the Dividers Store List.
Important
If you skip this step, the Actions menu will not appear.

Select the Dividers Store or stores you want to override the assignment of.

Open the Document List "Actions" menu and click "Override Sales Assignment".

Fill out the for that appears on the screen as described below and click "Update".

- Document Type*
- Select the DocType you want to apply the override to: either a Sales Person or Sales Partner/ISO.
- Assignment*
- Select the Sales Person or Sales Partner/ISO you wish to grant exclusive store access to.
- Release After*
- Enter the last day the override will remain in effect.
- Notes
- Enter notes as appropriate.
