How To Reserve a Dividers Store

Reserving a store involves changing the Dividers Store Document so that the sales force is not permitted to sell the store.

  1. Open the Dividers Store you would like to reserve and scroll down to the "Store Status" section.
  2. Change the "Status" to "Unavailable".
  3. Select an appropriate reason for the satus change. For example, "Reserved Pending Large Deal".
  4. Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form.

Did you know?

Changing the status of a Dividers Store is not guaranteed to prevent sales from seeing a store. The store may still show up in their list, but if it does it will be marked unavailabe for sales. The specific behavior of non-active Dividers Stores can be defined in the Dividers Sales Inventory Settings Document.
