How To Manage The Contract
How To Manually Change the Price Per Cycle/Month
Info
The price per cycle/month is determined automatically based on the contract total and the original reservations. In some cases the original reservations may not be available, or there may be other reasons to manually adjust the price per cycle. Follow these instructions to make manual adjustments to the calculation.
- Open the affected Dividers Contract.
- In the "Totals" section, select the "Adjust Totals" checkbox. This will allow you to adjust the number of stores or cycles on the contract.
- Manually enter a new value for "Total Stores" and/or "Total Cycles/Months".
- Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
The new Price Per Store Per Cycle will automatically be calculated for you.
How To Change Autorenewal Payments
- Open the affected Dividers Contract.
- Under the "Autorenewal Billing" section, click "Add Row".
- Fill out the form fields, refering to the instructions below.
- When you are done, click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
- Program Schedule
- Enter the cycle or date that the schedule will take effect for, i.e. the first cycle that this payment schedule will be used on.
- Billing Interval
- Select the interval that will be used to bill the client going forward.
- Period Type
- Select the appropriate period: - Select "Canceled" to indicate that no payments will be taken. - Select "Day" to indicate that advanced payment will be calculated days in advance of the cycle or month being paid for. - Select "Month" to indicate that advanced payment will be calculated months in advance of the cycle or month being paid for.
- Periods
- Enter the number of periods billed in advanced of the cycle bing paid for.
- Custom Autorenewal Amount
- Select this checkbox if you wish to customize the autorenewal payment.
- Autorenewal Amount
- Enter the amount that will be billed during autorenewal.
- Custom Autorenewal Commissions Amount
- Select this checkbox if you wish to customize the autorenewal commissions amount.
- Autorenewal Commission
- Enter the amount of autorenewal to be paid to commissions.
- Notes
- Enter any notes related to the changes being made to the autorenewal payment schedule.
How To Enter Commissions
- Open the affected Dividers Contract.
- Find the "Commission" section towards the bottom of the Document and refer to the instructions below.
- When you are done, click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
- Commission Notes
- Enter any notes you would like to keep related to commissions.
- Custom Amount Eligible For Commission
- Deselect this checkbox to allow you to enter a different commissionalbe amount than the grand total of the contract.
- Amount Eligible For Commission
- Enter the amount that will be used to base calculations off of when using the Commission Rate to calulate commissions.
Info
You can leave the Commission Rate empty, and instead just enter the Total Commission below. If you do, the Commission Rate will be calculated for you.

(optional) Enter the commissionable percentage of the Amount Eligible For Commission,.
Important
This field is used to calculate the commissions rate under Autorenewal Billing. Adjusting this rate will also adjust commissions calculations for autorenewal, unless they have been customized.

You can leave the Total Commission empty, and instead just enter the Commission Rate above. If you do, the Commission Rate will be calculated for you.

(optional) Enter the absolute value for commissions here.
Important
This field assumes you know exactly what commissions shoudl be. It will override any value saved in the Commission Rate field.
How To Cancel Autorenewal On A Contract

Open the affected Dividers Contract.
Danger
Upon updating the field, you will be prompted to update the respective field for all reservations that are not yet cancelled. Click "Yes", or the reservations will remain active despite the cancellation date on the Dividers Contract.

Find the "Reservation Information" section above reservations and refer to the field instructions below.
- When you are done, click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
- Cancellation Date
- Enter the date the customer cancelled autorenewal for that reservation.
- Autorenewal End Cycle/Date
- Enter the last cycle or day the ad will remain in the store

How To Disable A Dividers Reservation
- Open the affected Dividers Contract.
- Find the reservation you want to disable and deselect "Enabled".
- Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
How To Alter Reservations From The Original Contract
The steps below should be taken on the affected Dividers Contract
- Disable the original reservation by deselecting "Enabled" at the top of the reservation.
- Add the updated reservation(s) to the contract, making sure that "Original Reservation" is NOT selected at the top of the reservation.
- Add new or update the existng reservations onto the contract, making sure that "Original Reservation" is NOT selected at the top of the reservation.
- Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
How To Cancel Autorenewal On A Single Reservation
- Open the affected Dividers Contract.
- Find the reservation you want to cancel autorenewal for.
- Find the "Autorenewal" section towards the bottom of the Document and refer to the instructions below.
- When you are done, click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
- Cancellation Date
- Enter the date the customer cancelled autorenewal for that reservation.
- Autorenewal End Cycle/Date
- Enter the last cycle or day the ad will remain in the store
How To Return Space To Inventory Without Cancelling The Reservation

By default, reservations remove store space from sellable inventory. We prefer accepting a reduced rate rather than removing a customer from inventory all together, but under these circumstances we retain the right to sell the store. This option allows us to track a reservation and keep the space in sellable inventory.
- Open the affected Dividers Contract.
- Find the reservation you want to return to inventory.
- Deselect the "Reserve Inventory Space" checkbox.
- Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form to save the contract.
- Enabled
- Deselect this checkbox to disable this reservation. The space will be added back into inventory.
- Reserve Inventory Space
- Deselect this checkbox to add the space back into inventory. The reservation will remain active unless "Enabled" is unchecked.
- Original Reservation
- Deselect this checkbox to indicate that the reservation is a modified version of the original contract.
