How To Create a Dividers Final
Note
The Dividers Final Document informs the ganging process how to gang a final for one or more reservations. If gangs do not turn out as expected, the problem can likely be solved by looking at the relevant Dividers Final Document.
- Open the Dividers Final Task.
- Under Connections, click the "+" next to "Dividers Final".
- Fill out the form as described under Dividers Final Form, ignorning any sections or field that are not listed.
- Click the blue "Save" button in the upper-right corner above the form.

Did You Know?
The file attached to the Final field is what is used during Ganging, and any other attachments are ignored. This means you can leave old finals attached to the Final when making updates to the artwork!
- Final
- Attach the Final to this field. File privacy will automatically be set to "Private".
About CTAs
When a Dividers Gang Template does not have enough reservations to fill the available ad space, (a) CTA matching the Ad Type will be selected at random during the ganging process to fill any empty ad space on the template.
- Is CTA
- Select this field if the final was designed as a CTA, rather than to fulfill a contract.
- Ad Type
- Click in this field and select the type of ad from the list.
- Ad Surface
- Select the surface of the stick the ad was designed for.

Warning
Under normal circumstances the form will assume the final will be used on all sides of all reservations of the selected ad type and surface. This may not be correct, in which case you will need to modify the values in this field to fit your instructions.
- For Reservation Sides

Select the reservation(s) this stick will be used to fulfill and the number of sides it is intended for. By default the DocType will prefill this assuming the final will cover all possible sides.

- Select the reservation this final fulfills.
- Sides
- Select the number of sides this final is used on.
