About the Commissions Structure DocType
Commissions Structure Documents define how commissions are calculated for a Dividers Contract.

Help
A separate Commissions Structure document must be created for each possible Sales Role.
- Applicable Sales Role

Select the sales role this Commission Structure defines.
- "Rep": the structure contains the normal rates for a representative.
- "Presenter": the structure contains the rates for a presenter.
- "ISO": the structure contains rates for an ISO.
- "TS Rep All": the structure contains rates for a telesales employee who sold the contract without help.
- "TS Presenter": the structure contains rates for a telesales employee who performed the presentation.
- "TS Appt Setter": the structure contains rates for a telesales employee who made set the appointment for the presentation.
Help
Changes to Commission Structures should be made by duplicating (not cancelling) a Commission Structure and selecting the date the new Commission Structure takes effect.
- Effective Date
- Select the date you would like this Commissions Structure to take effect. This commission structure will apply to any Dividers Contract signed on or after this date.

- Select the Sales Partner associated with this Commissions Structure.
- Contact Person
- (optional) Enter the name of the contact person for this Commissions Structure.
- Sales Person
- (hidden for Applicable Sales Role "ISO") Select the Sales Person that this document defines the Commissions Structure for.
- Commission Structure Notes
- (optional) Enter any notes you want to keep with this Commissions Structure.

- Minimum
- The minimum commissionable amount before this rule can take effect.
- Commission (%)
- The percentage of the commissionable amount that will be paid as commissions.

- Description
- Enter a short word or phrase that describes the commissions rule.
- Required Base Commission (%)
- (optional) Enter the minimum commission percentage that must be earned before this rule takes effect.

- (optional) Jinja expressions are an advanced filter technique that can define a filter based on almost any criteria. However, they require technical skills to implement, and should not be used without a thourough understanding of both Jinja2 how Jinja2 interacts with ERPNext.
- Percent
- (optional, see Fixed Amount) The percent to use when calculating the commissionable amount.

- (optional, see Percent) A fixed commission amount to apply.

These fees are subtracted before any commission limits are applied.
- Fixed Lead Fees
- (optional) Enter a fixed amount to subtract from commissions for contracts that contain a lead.
- Lead Fee %
- (optional) Enter a percentage to subtract from commissions for contracts that contain a lead.
- Post-Commission Limit Fees

These fees are subtracted after any commission limits are applied.
- Credit Card Fee %
- (optional) Enter a percentage to subtract from commissions when the advertiser uses a credit card to pay.
- ACH Fee %
- (optional) Enter a percentage to subtract from commissions when the advertisers uses ACH to pay.

Notice
You can only fix a Commissions Structure that has not been used in a Commissions Breakown Document. If it has been used, you will need to either revise it with a later Effective Date, or delete all associated Commissions Breadkown Documents before amending the document.
